RealBench just gave a BSOD after 2 hours :( Even with 1.4v on ram (3200mhz)

Why the CPU SU voltage is so high if it's unsafe ? Even if i lower the ram frequency or disable XMP, it stays at 1.44v on Auto mode I tried 3200mhz @ 1.25v and i was able to boot. I'm stress testing it and so far no bsod. This cpu will run 24/7 for years so i'm not comfortable with unsafe...
