I would think it's a problem with the motherboard but I'm obviously not sure. I tried booting it up without pcie card, I tried without ram, and I tried clearing the RTC RAM, but the POST beeps never occurred. Also, I plugged one of the fans into the wrong spot so that isn't a problem anymore...
