I can say I'm getting these results with settings: view distance epic and the rest on low or off

No single cores are hitting 100% 1600x1080 about 100-220 max And when streaming its just literally stuttering its unplayable The fps does increase if I drop settings I know it's a quad core, but it's not a bad cpu
