I was looking at pumps for a new liquid cooling build and came across this one.

I can't find any reviews on it anywhere, they seem to be too new and I don't want to take a risk if I have to, especially with the price...
could possibly be a bad power supply not putting out enough power? ran into a similar issue with a previous build, power supply was supposed to be 600w and wasn't even putting out 300w. the computer would power on and run fine, but once i opened a game it would go to load it and then just shut...
definitely goes with GPU if its for gaming. If your worried about bottlenecking (which will be minimal if any at all) then you can always put your CPU's overclocking capabilities to good use :)
may need stick with the last update that came out for it that doesn't cause the issue, drivers could not be up to par just yet, may need to wait until next driver update. had a similar issue with one of my first builds.
format could possibly have had a kink (has happened to me before)
go to file manager >right click on 'This PC' >select manage >select 'Disk Management' >and check if theres an extra drive there (D drive, Edrive (whatever you had your flashdrive set to)) and see if it says 'unallocated data' or...
Ihad the same issue with mine about a month back but ran every possible HDD test imaginable and it came clean every time. so i opted for an ssd and new HDD to be on the safe side and used the other as network storage and have had no issues out of it. you may want to do the same or atleast look...

yeah lowering your clocks a bit might help out a lot, but if you plan on keeping those clocks then you will have to delid inevitably unless you spend tons on a liquid cooling loop to drop the heat down only another 5-8c
