Exclamation Sign On GPU After Updating

So I really need help.
I have a GTX 750ti PS.(i live in Jamaica and i cant afford to buy and ship a new GPU) I don't know if my GPU is damaged but every time i update the GPU its successful but when i try restart the PC it shows Artifacts and then the display turns to 640x480 and as an Exclamation Sign on it.

PC specs

500watt PSU
8 GB DDr3 Ram
bh55hc motherboard
i5 650 daul core 3.2

may need stick with the last update that came out for it that doesn't cause the issue, drivers could not be up to par just yet, may need to wait until next driver update. had a similar issue with one of my first builds.
