about a year ago i built my pc, and for the last couple of months when playing games (leauge of legends mostly) about 30-50 min into the game, my computer just freezes and locks up with out reason, i have to hold the restart or power button for a bit to get it to restart, it doesnt always...

Are these speeds good?, the harddrive is a wdc wd10ears-00y5b1 these speeds dont seem that high, and ive noticed slow loading in games when i think they should be faster is there anything i could do besides buying a new hdd?
