    Summary: When I start my download it starts off fast, then after 4-5 seconds, it stops completely and starts again MUCH slower and stays at that slow pace. So I am trying to download payday 2 at the moment and I have run into a problem, I have 500Mbps average download speed and 70Mbps upload...

    Can't be my PSU as we tried a more powerful PSU supply and it still didn't work

    Not really sure about the model but it's EVGA 500W, it's enough to supply my old graphics card as well as the new ones and had been working before.

    My graphics card (NVIDIA GTX 950) has been working with my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 ) for around 2-3 years now. I turned it off one night and the next day it wasn't displaying anything on my monitors which both work fine and have been tested with another computer. My cables also work...
