I actually know very little about overclocking so I set everything to auto and limit controlled by Mobo, but I need to know what is a safe number for extra performance. I’ve seen people say that only 10x have them better performance. But not sure if it’s safe or worth it.
I just bought some thermal grizzly kryonaut from Amazon and it is legit (checked product code) but it doesn't spread like what I've seen online, it's thicker and stickier. I think it's cold, does warming it with my hand or a blower work?
Thanks, I'm a little less worried now. I kinda freaked out, I think Nvidia should make this a known thing about RTX Cards, cause all previous generations of GPU's ran lower than 70c under full load.
Why does it seem reasonable tho. Is this specific 2070S running high? I saw some benchmarks online, 5 different people they all had it below 70c at all times under 90% to 100% load.
Edit: I'm 100% sure they weren't water cooled.
