noob question about installing the m2 drive and graphics card, would i install the m2 card and graphics card in the first slots or would they conflict each other. gpu: radeon rx 480 armor m2: samsung 970 evo 1tb nvme

is it possible to setup a three monitor display using the three different outputs from the radeonrx 480 8gb card. reason i ask is my three monitors only have hdmi or dvi inputs, and i want to use one dvi to hdmi, one display port to hdmi, and one hdmi to hdmi. is this even possible?
