It's a CoolerMaster Rs-700-ACAB-B1 a 700W PSU CPU/GPU Temp is between 50-60 and The CPU Usage is 34% GPU usage is 45% RAM usage is 40% and SSD usage is 1% Even tho I ran a game at high settings!

So I updated my BIOS and my Windows to the latest update, and after that games have started going from constant 70+, to 30 FPS and stuttering. I tried downgrading to the old Windows and the old BIOS, but the issue was still persistent. I even tried clean installing Windows and BIOS and graphics...
