Of course the irony is bitingly funny after hearing the same shtick about drivers for years. It isn't super funny if you just sunk 4 digits on a GPU and find the thing black screens or stutters because ngreedia doesn't seem to care about gaming anymore.

Nope, I don't buy the PSU excuse. If it is a 15 year old fire hazard brand, that's one thing, but a 15 year old premium PSU that shows up the correct voltages under load. gtg

One can blame the companies, or the retailers, but the enemy is really us, the consumer is setting the price. Ever since the pandemic/ethereum perfect storm, people are willing to overvalue and overpay.

For the typical average gamer AMD fixed the drivers at least 5 years ago and never looked back. The shtick about them having bad drivers is propaganda from people trying to discredit them to charge their confirmation bias that they made the correct purchase. No one likes to feel or be made...

While it all looks okay, anyone saying a 600 dollar GPU is saving PC gaming has several screws loose, again. But, it seems the real battle will be supply chain, it will be the winner if you can actually walk in to a BB and purchase, or get one on Amazon or NE without having to be on the lookout...

This is the first review I've read, and I'd have to say that was an unexpectedly poor result. Leaving out the 4070S was on purpose(probably on urging from someone who provided the hardware for testing, we can guess who), no doubt because that was what it needed to stand up to and be compared...

Ha. The AMD based cards aren't going to be a deal. Anyone thinking 600 dollar and up mid tier GPUs are saving PC gaming has more than one screw loose. Those prices are not viable for the majority of PC users.

It isn't hardball if they only have a few nationwide and then have no stock for four months. I would guess the real competition will be who actually has (non scalper)cards for sale.

The cynic in me knows that they knew all along. The majority of consumers will not bother to look, the majority do not read hardware websites either. When faced with what looks to be a four month wait(?!) to get an RMA, again, what will a lot of people do?

Subnautica But like any game I have ever played it is a curse. I have real trouble putting a game down. I tell myself I'm just going to go for one goal, the next goal, or a 45 minute session, and 4 hours later I haven't hardly moved in my chair.
