I believe NZXT cases had those... not sure if all tho... but pretty sure the H510 does... they also include an adaptor that splits them back up in case your motherboard has a weird front panel connector layout...

I don't think there's any other way to know other than to try a different psu. sidenote: have you tried reseating the ram sticks? had the same issue before and that fixed it... I almost bought a new psu.

You want black borders? Adjust the aspect ratio not the resoltion.

Is your pc in the corner of the room? dust tends to build up more on corners... would suggest moving it to the middle of the wall?

There should be stickers with a model number at the back... If the stickers are gone... the only way to know is to plug it in a pc and use gpu-z.
