What cases come with one piece front panel connectors. My hands shake so much that inserting those little one or two pin connectors is very hard for me. Thanks. Not looking to break the bank here either.

Solution
I believe NZXT cases had those... not sure if all tho... but pretty sure the H510 does... they also include an adaptor that splits them back up in case your motherboard has a weird front panel connector layout...
If you're referring to the front panel audio and USB connectors, they have been a unified block, meaning you don't need to individually plug in one connector pin at a time. It's been like that since 2010. If you're asking about the front panel power, reset LED connectors, no that has not yet happened since each baord's pin layout is different.

So is ASUS my best bet as a motherboard as they come with a connector block?
The board wouldn't matter, the plug you ask about comes with the case. You brought up a good issue and it infuriates me every time i have to plug these little things in. Need good light, the mobo manual and then some good fingers to get them in correctly. Unfortunately the mobo manufacturers didn't standardize, so the case manufacturers can't make a single plug for the LED/buttons.

And I wouldn't choose a case based on that. you only do that, but the airflow, look etc. of the case is forever.

What is the adapter called that comes with some motherboards? That would help me.

Gigabytes is call the G connector, not all of them come with it though.

Some NZXT cases do indeed come a single front panel connection as well.
