I highly doubt it'll run well if it even does at all, maybe playable on a low resolution. Either way you should just give up trying to run high end games on an abysmal system.

Copy me and do exactly as I say. Get an i7 7700k, gtx 1080, 16gb ddr4 2400mhz, maybe a 120 or 250gb ssd for your main windows drive and slap another drive in there like a 500gb or 1tb m.2 if you have the budget. Get a z270 motherboard to go with all that, really its just like pick and choose...

With only 8gb ram and a gtx 1060 no setting is best for 4k. Upgrade your pc if you want to play in 4K. Best to stick with 1080 or 1440p for now.

Shouldn't have any issues, as long as you know it'll fit in your case.

Seems alright, two problems though, first of all its much better to get a quad core cpu instead of dual core, quad is pretty much the norm these days. Secondly you should add a cpu cooler to that list, don't want a crappy stock cooler overheating the pc.

What operating system are you running and can you post a screenshot?, unless you changed something in the appearance settings I have no idea what could cause that.
