hey, I'm wondering how the gtx 1080 duke by msi is, as it is the cheapest 1080. I know it only has 3 heatpipes, but how are the temps and overclocking compared to something like a GTX 1070 FTW hybrid ?

hi, wold this be a good combo, considering I'll be playing at 1440p (actually 1600p) ? Also I don't do any kind of video editing, or photoshp, so is there a better combo that can last for a while (i5 7600k is already at 80% utilisation and 8600k is too expensive) ? The PC I'm planning to build...

Hey, I'm building a PC for determined budget. For the price, with the components I have, I can get either a 2tb hdd or a 500gb ssd. I don't store a lot of videos or photos, and already have a 250gb ssd for the os. It is a gaming PC, so which storage should I get ?

I know g-sync is great, but my monitor is only 300€ (Samsung U28E590D) and ultrawide or g-sync monitors are at least 450...

Yeah, star citizen in in alpha rn. So it might be smart to get this setup, and lower the resolution to 1080p ultra until the game can run properly at 4k

I don't own this game, but if you are using msaa 8x, the game is calculating 1440p x 8 -> 11520p or msaa4x is basically 5k

I'm looking to buy a system featuring an i7 7700k, GTX 1080 ti and a 4k monitor. I know this GPU can run most games at 4k 60fps, but can it run star citizen ? The reason I'm buying this is to play this game, so should I go for it, or get another monitor (1080/1440p ?)
