Would it be worth to get a 290x Matrix Platinum?

Hello everyone.I own a G1 Gaming and I was wandering will it be worth to sell it and get a new 3xx series from AMD?(Propably 390 cause budget for 390x is too low).I have also 750cs corsair and i5 4670k. Mostly for 1080p gaming.

290x supports dx 11.2 not dx12 i think.

I bought the 970 for 330 euros...I want to play games at 1080p maybe at 1200p in the near future..Will this card be enough?I can still refund it and get a 290x.

I don't really mind lowering some settings to have 50+ fps in most games...Anti aliasing isn't even noticable in most cases.

I live in Greece...G1 Gaming (the only that I have been offered fro 355 euros used) costs 400 new... :(

Title says it all. I can get the 780ti used for 320 euros and 970 used for 360 euros. For gaming at 1080p with i5 4670k + 8gb ram.

I need speakers so loud that I won't be able to hear my brother talking to me at 1 metre... :p

Just what the title says.I'm in search for new speakers for my pc and I'm stuck between those 2 options I'm willing to buy even a new sound card to see it's max performance. Or it will be better to get a new home cinema and connect it with my TV as well..? Thanks!
