Looking for a new GPU

Hello as the title says I need a new GPU.Main goal is to play games at 1080p @60+ fps.

I'm stuck between asus r9 290x matrix platinum:http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/ROG_MATRIXR9290XP4GD5/

and

Msi gtx 970:http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX-970-GAMING-4G.html#hero-overview


As far as I know both cards will be able to run every game on ultra at 50+ fps.I know that matrix card tends to run hotter but I really like it's look. 😀

I would get the Asus R9 290X. The MSI GTX 970 will only give you an extra 5-10 fps for games.

If you have AMD CPU go for GTX 970, if you have Intel Both cards will be have similar performance.

Looks like the ASUS card and performs better
