Also its impossible for the stock cooler to provide 15celcius idle. My CPU is averaging around 35-42 Idle and sadly like 70-80 under heavy load.

Ok let me clear things up. I want to cap my FPS in GTAV NOT USING VSYNC. I need a program like Nvidia Inspector. This caps my FPS to 60 or w/e I want it too. So this takes less stress off my CPU and less stress off my GPU. I did this with my 960 and went from 99% CPU usage to about 50-70%. When...

I just got the Radeon R9 390 and before had the GTX 960. Now I play a few games that need to be locked FPS so my CPU doesnt go high. I used to use Nvidia Inspector and capped my FPS at 60 for all my games. This would decrease my CPU Usage by about 40% so theres less pressure on the CPU because...

I found out that it is RadeonPro if anyone has this issue uninstall RadeonPro or try and find an option to fix it!
