[SOLVED] CPU little fall, can it be damaged?

I would still not worry too much, 20cm isn't a lot. Intel CPU's are not as fragile as AMD CPU's. As long as you didn't drop it in the socket. This doesn't take away you might have bad luck. Personally I wouldn't worry too much and just wait and see once you can test it again.

[SOLVED] CPU little fall, can it be damaged?

I've heard people drop it from much higher and it still survived. As long as it didn't fall directly on the underside (where the connections are) I think you should be fine.

    [SOLVED] Gpu or cpu problem

If your CPU is at 100% and your GPU at anything lower than 90% your CPU is basically bottlenecking your GPU. As to how it can be so sudden, i'm not sure.. But it's definitely your CPU in this case. You can always check your CPU clock speeds and temperatures while running a game.

[SOLVED] Building new PC. Need advice

I like to have at least 2 intake (at front) and 1 exhaust (at the rear). Adding extra fans to exhaust at the top will help, but I think it'll be limited to how much. From what I can see in the product sheet it comes with 2 140mm at the front and 1 140mm at the rear, this should be sufficient...

Yeah, hope Ryzen 5000 will be in stock. I'd say just keep an eye out... Maybe where you live its easier to get a card, I'd start looking at stores right now to see what's possible

[SOLVED] Building new PC. Need advice

Haha, understandable. AMD's new cards look promising, but it's all down to stock. You'll be looking at Q1 of 2021 for an RTX 3070 or 3080. Sadly... (We obviously don't know how AMD's stock will be yet)

[SOLVED] Building new PC. Need advice

No worries, remember 750 watt is recommended for 3080, you'll need a 850 watt PSU if you decide to get an RTX 3090 🤡 🙃

[SOLVED] Building new PC. Need advice

It's a high reviewed board. Haven't seen anything bad. You have everything you need PCIe 4.0 on both one x16 and one m.2 slot. You probably won't need more anyways. It's not that it'll make a lot of FPS difference, if any, but it's just a nice to have since it's becoming a standard. And taking...

[SOLVED] Building new PC. Need advice

Nothing to worry about. It'll support the next gen Ryzen out of the box (as shown here https://www.amd.com/en/chipsets/b550) and it has PCIe 4.0. Or what are your concerns exactly?

You shouldn't worry tho, RM750 is still solid. RM750x just has more warranty. RM750 has 5 years whereas the RM750x has 10 years.

    [SOLVED] New Ryzen build

I think the CPU availability won't be as big of an issue as the GPU. However, you never know in this crazy world :) . They're launching in 2 days so see if you can get your hands on one, if not you can wait a week or 2-3 and then decide.
