here are my specs (dell inspiron 5675) Ryzen 7 1700x 3.8ghz Amd RX 580 8gb 8gb ram 2400mhz in games like csgo i have everything srt to low and only pulling around 120 in battle, is this normal?

hey guys i recently added an msi rx 560 into my pc, and i installed the drivers. when i get into games like overwatch, i get about 10 fps even on 720p low settings. my specs: AMD a10 7800 quad core Msi Aero ITX rx560 4gb 16gb ram 2tb HDD anyone know a fix?
