That build you linked is actually pretty good. I would just get the 4570 instead because there's virtually no difference but it's cheaper. Then you could either get a nicer case or nicer power supply

An SSD is not needed. It will make windows in general more quick and if you put certain games on the SSD (like arma 2, dayz, or planetside 2) then you will see an increase in FPS. But the only difference you'll see in the majority of games is loading times

Since you'll be getting a dedicated GPU, planetside 2 would now be playable for you. It's a great game. I think there can be up to 1000 players on one server or something like that. It's awesome
