Can My Pc Run Rust?

I am about to buy rust for my birthday that is coming up, and I want to know if I can run (Rust on steam) with these specs



Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960 @ 2.20 GHz


RAM: 6.00 GB (5.82 GB usable)


System type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

Laptop, Intel (HD Graphics)

You'll probably need a discrete GPU.

Or APU, but I don't recommend APU's. not yet.

Bottom line, build a gaming rig.

You should really consider building a separate gaming pc because rust will not be enjoyable at all on that PC.

Yes you'll have quit a bit of lag

Remember Rust is still in alpha/beta so it's not really "ideally programmed" yet. It's possible the finished version of Rust could run on that but in it's current state it won't run very well.

Although Rust isn't a graphically impressive game anyways, so it might be okayish on the lowest settings.

I can run Starbound, Banished, Project zomboid, garrys mod, TF2, Portal 2, terraria

you will probably get about 15fps on the lowest settings but with a few tweaks you could get 30fps out of it but you won't be able to run it at the native resolution.
