just an update, i unplugged a external hard drive i had from my computer and tried again and that somehow worked. dont know why the hard drive was conflicting with my bios but yeah! thank you so much for the help! :)

just tried paragon, unfortunately didnt work :( i think the best thing i can do is wait for msi support response.

to the two questions, yes. i am 100% certain that this is a retail board that i bought and installed myself sometime in 2019. as for the suggestion, ill give it a try right now.
