    It always show 5.3ghz on p cores and 4.2ghz on E cores. On both hwinfo and hwmonitor. And i dont Think it is showing wrong info since...

    Without knowing any more about your case, air flow, and case fans, I'd say those temps are fine. Not sure about your ghz questions.
