EDIT: I uninstalled the drivers using DDU instead of amd cleanup utilities and now MSI afterburn works just fine. After replacing the fans of my R9 290 tri-x with fans from the XFX SWFT rx 6700 xt, msi afterburner stopped giving any information whatsoever. HWmonitor only shows GPU utilization...

Never had issues with drivers with my AMD cards (I had a r9 290 tri-x and now a rx 6700 XT). I could say go for the RX 6600 (or the 6600xt even better) but that's up to you man.

I checked and it doesn't seem like cables are brushing the fan. My PSU is a ATX Antec 650w GOLD modular . I've opened a ticket on the xfx website just in case, explaining them the situation. 😕 Worst case scenario I'll RMA back to amazon sadly..

Well that PSU is what everyone recommended back in the 2013/14, and I didn't have any kind of problem so far with it. Be in mind that it's the 80 Plus version, not the 80 plus bronze

That CPU is still holding up well in a single thread with games IMHO. I would update the GPU if you can with an AMD RX 580/590 or a GTX 1660. And maybe 8 GB more of ram

I could be wrong but some time ago I've heard that the new 80 Plus Bronze Berlin 630 was rubbish compared to the previous version I own (80 Plus) since everyone back in 2014 was recommending it. Well anyway, I guess I should replace the PSU regardless just to be safe :whistle:
