Maybe, but when I turn the computer sideways it stops making any noises, plus when it was fan-side up it didn't make any noise either

So, I decided to do some cable management on my PC and I had to turn my PSU fan-side down to have the cables go long enough. When I booted up, the PSU started making a weird ticking noise, any ideas why?
