    What audio output device is currently selected? Did the interface work when you were using it for playback? The interface would essentially become the audio playback device, so if you aren't using it then windows may need you to revert back to the realtek speaker device prior to playback

    Can you access the SSD via explorer when you boot from your older HDD? That would be the easiest way to transfer the data from that drive. If you cannot see the SSD in explorer then I doubt that recovery software would be able to read the drive

    Hi, can you see the drive in the BIOS? If not, perhaps swap out your main ssd for the new one, just to see of the drive appears. How many other devices do you have? Ie. GPU, expansion cards? What motherboard is in the system? Did you buy the system brand new?
