I am not sure I understand this...my headset did not come with any usb soundcard. But what you are saying is even if I did have one it is a gimmick. In the long run I will get a new headset for improved audio though.

Ok. So my MOBO supports DTS audio. So if I understand my model of Headphones is too old and I would need an adapter to use 7.1 or I can eventually get new DTS supported Headphones. Thanks Gam3r01!!

It is a HyperX Cloud 7.1. I might download an EQ for the headset to boost lower frequencies such as footsteps. Any recommendations?

This is a new build. I was assembling the pc at a friends place. Booted and everything worked. Came back home and there was no signal from the hdmi port of the gpu. I did switch it to hdmi of MOBO and I had signal. I opened up the case and notice the fans were not running. I have been doing...
