I tried putting the ram in different spots and using just one and stuff like that. I don't know if there are any on the board, I'm very new to pc building as this is my first pc build.

When I turn on my pc the gpu fans would stop spinning after 20 seconds of spinning. I'm thinking maybe it's because the psu stopped giving it power or something like that. If my pc still doesn't post what would you recommend to do?

So if I try to post with my cpu, cpu cooler, ram, PSU, and graphics card it’ll work?

Then why isn’t my pc posting, I’ve tried each ram sticks in different slots. I tried taking out the GPU, I made sure the 4 pin cpu and 24 pin are in correctly. I even reinstalled my cpu. And nothing will show up on my monitor. I know the monitor is good because it works with my Xbox.
