Hello! I’m looking forward to building an awesome gaming computer to fulfill my needs. The things I’ll be doing in this pc are vr , gaming , recording , and maybe light streaming occasionally. I live in the United States and the preferred budget is $800. I want to pay around $800 for everything, including shipping and taxes. I obviously don’t want the pc to look terrible, so for the color scheme I’d recommend black or black and white. Please no flashy colors. If you have any questions for me feel free to ask. Also if you could mostly amazon because I have prime and the shipping is free. Another thing, I do not want to have to update bios or anything like that. I want to be able to just build the pc and install windows and play etc. Thanks, have a great day!

Not really doable with that budget. VR demands that you get the strongest gpu you can afford - all other things considered.
I went with affordable, relatively good quality parts for a number of things too:

What's missing:
-Cpu cooler: the stock cooler's good enough for light stuff - browsing, Word, watching videos...
-Chassis
-OS, whether you plan to purchase a legit key, or from a key reseller...
-Peripherals - keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers...
