Is 68-70c too hot or is it normal for this card when playing a game?

No, this is the cord that comes with your PSU for your motherboard. It has "VGA" printed right on top of it. I actually figured it out though, there was plastic on the side that I had to file down, it fits now :)

Yeah, I really don't get this. I have a VGA connector where one side works perfectly but the other is split, it has 3 x 3 pins and another part that is 1 x 1 that doesn't fit. All of my vga cords are like this. I notice that the one that works has a square shape, while the split doesn't. How...

Just posted my system without the vid card in it. The motherboard turned on with a red light, fans working. I noticed the power led blinked pretty quick, then a single blip before going off.

My cpu cable is the 1 8 pin connector with the other end splitting into 2 4 x 4. The problem is is that these connectors either are squares or slightly rounded. The 8 pin matches fine, but the 2 4 x 4's don't. I'm pretty sure they still plug in, haven't tried yet, but wanted to make a post...

I'm in a very old house, which hasn't replaced its ancient carpet - it's not fuzzy, and quite hard. Right now I'm going the no socks route and I have an anti-static wristband. I'm working on a wood table with metal legs. Safe enough?
