I dont want to install windows on, when i already have it on hdd... I just want to know if i need to clone my files, if i just install a new ssd, without moving anything to it :)

I want to install a ssd, i already have a hdd with all my storage, and i don't want to remove anything from there, except my games. So do i need to make a clone of all my storage if i'm installing a new ssd, without moving windows and so on?
I've just bought my new graphics card (MSI gtx 1060 6gb) and it's running really bad in all games. Before i got this graphics card, i had an EVGA 760 2gb, and that was much better. I had like 200 fps in CS:GO and now i have 50-70 fps.
