Hello.
I want to install a ssd, i already have a hdd with all my storage, and i don't want to remove anything from there, except my games. So do i need to make a clone of all my storage if i'm installing a new ssd, without moving windows and so on?
No, storage disk and files on it would be just fine where they are, Install windows on SSD with other disk(s) disconnected and connect them after installation is finished.
I dont want to install windows on, when i already have it on hdd... I just want to know if i need to clone my files, if i just install a new ssd, without moving anything to it
Well, main and best use of SSD is to have OS and programs/games on it because it's much faster than mechanical HDDs. If you don't do that, it's not going to help any and it's just throwing money away.
