I don't want the picture to have a border around it at all. I just want the picture to be on the screen as its own window instead of being open with a program. I've seen youtubers do that, but I cant figure out how.

I tried to download Google Chrome 3 times now. The download makes some progress, but when it gets to a certain point, it stops downloading and freezes at like 30ish percent. How do I get it to fully download?
