Finally managed to sort the issue . The ram hadn't been installed correctly . Didn't install in the right ram lane . Rebooted ( bios is correct thank god!).

Hey there Its Def b450i as it's the mini itx board but don't have box anymore . So annoyed . MSI have not made it easy to find the correct bios. Even when I log into my MSI account and have registered my board on their when you click software and drivers the link is broken ?

I thought I had installed the right bios as even on the MSI website for my registered b450I the link for drivers doesn't work so did a search as could only see "AC"and "Max" versions? Do u have the link for the correct bios? In the mean time should I try and reset CMOS again ?

Hey mate Thanks for replying ! Well I wasn't sure if my rig was decent or not tbh. I downloaded elite and all dlc and it's really jittery. I turned down refresh rate to min u can in vr and that helped but thought maybe my rig needed updating as I'm no tech guy

Hey mate Thanks very much for that info . The CPU cooler is a Noctua NH-L9A-AM4, 37mm. The case is a Node 202 Didn't even realise about the ram speed issue thanks !
