Looking at actual machines, I see the tradeoff. I see that a better performing i7-11375H + RTX3060 has considerably less battery life than an i7-1185G7 + RTX 2060 machine. Are there other low-power, high performance cpus and gpus that might get me somewhere between the performance of a i5-8400...

Would any of the following come relatively close to the performance of an i7-9800X but not be heavy and a battery hog (or would it be the GPU that would zap the battery and put on the pounds)? I7-10875H i9-9980XE i9-7920X i7-3770 i9-9900X
