Okay. You say the no signal boots happen randomly. Let me ask you this : Do you only get the no signal boots when you try turning on the PC after a long time since the last shutdown ie >20hrs?

The parts your listed are indeed compatible with each other but I would not recommend that you build the system as the CPU + mobo platform is outdated (Sandy bridge). I suggest that you get a pentium G4560 with a H110 chipset board and a DDR4 ram kit. I dont think your PSU has a PCIe connector...

It might be due to a bottleneck created by your A4 dualcore APU. It is a very weak chip in terms of IPC and I guess now the games are bottlenecked due to the weaker CPU.

Please post your system specs. How much ram do you have?

25C at idle and 50 at load is not bad at all. Those temps are well below the safe operational temperatures of any CPU. I would only start worrying if the temps start crossing the 80C mark.
