i don't think it is because of safe boot. At first, i could see bios settings but i couldn't install windows on ssd because BIOS did not recognize it. After that, i did something and i lost BIOS screen and got this windows installation loop :D. If i can fix BIOS, i must find a solution for BIOS...

yeah it is in uefi mode, but i can't change anything in bios anymore because i can't open bios setup on booting, bios does not show up.
