I done some more testing last night, swapped my ram and CPU into the wife's rig, my ram is identical to hers, but my CPU is a different model, ryzen 7 5600x I believe? But her issue still remains, gonna read the articles you sent me see if I can find any lee way. Thank you for your reply too!

This might just be a wild solution, but would the purchase and instillation of a new Motherboard be a solution out of this? The problem is happening on my wife's right and I built hers pretty much identical to mine, same motherboard too, just mine is not having this issue

Thanks for the reply! Tpm and UEFI are enabled in bios, and I did try the original media tool to begin with but that's when I was running into compatibility errors. And I also did update to the latest BIOS
