yes. it only happens in GTA V. I've tried many combinations of settings and I never have FXAA or AA on. I play on DirectX 11 so could the problem be something to do with that?

but I can run any other game perfectly on 2560x1080 (Modern Warfare 2019, R6 Siege, Fortnite, CSGO) on MEDIUM/HIGH settings and I get about 60-80fps while still maintaining good usage (90-100% CPU and 90-100% GPU)
