so i have an i3 9100f with a gtx 1050 2gb and when i play rainbow six siege. msi afterburner shows that my cpu is hovering around 70-100%
but when i check task manager i says my i3 9100f is around 30-40%.
i read that the i3 9100f should be around 70-80% while playing demanding game but i play rainbow on low settings.

The 9100f has 4 threads. Modern games or even some older games will lead to high CPU utilization with a budget CPU.

Running games on low settings will lower stress on GPU and increase stress on CPU.
