My PC has Intel C2Q Q8300 2.5 Ghz 4 GB DDR2 and R7 360 Core editon And I want to trade it for this PC It has C2Q Q9650 8 DDR3 R7 240 2 DDR3

Right now I am usnig a C2Q Q8300 at stock, is it worth upgrading to a Q9650?

Oh, and the Xeon 5460 is a bit better than the Q9650, right?
