I wanna get a new PC. My budget 350 dollars, what should I get? I am cool with used parts.

Going to be hard with that budget.
I would go with a Micro ATX board, A10 APU so you wont need to buy a GPU. 400W PSU, 8GB RAM, SSD. You can find a used GPU on craigslist later on.

Power Supply

Then pick out whatever case you want

Don't bother with those old obsolete A10 APUs when much newer and far superior Ryzen APUs exist.
