I've tried resetting the CMOS battery, and tried using a new one. Neither worked. The PC is on now, not sure what changed to allow it to come on. The new CMOS battery isn't in there, since it didn't seem to be the issue, but I may just switch the battery anyway. I don't just have an extra PSU...

In the Radeon Setting, I found the Switchable Graphics settings. Unfortunately, the closest thing I found to any of my games were the launchers for League and New Vegas, and the .exe file for Cuphead. I can't find any of my other games in the switchable graphics settings

Ok, i have it downloaded, but all I can do in it is add and manage presets. There are no game settings to be found. If this stuff can be done from the AMD Radeon Settings, I have that as well.
