Hello! So I bought 8GB of HyperX impact RAM for my laptop. It says it should OC to 2133 Mhz when I put it in but it stays at 1600 Mhz. I realize laptops cannot generally go above 1866 Mhz (can anyone confirm?) but it would still be nice to OC it at least to 1866 Mhz. Any ideas on how to proceed...
