I second the Air. I think the AIO are over rated overall except for 1 or 2. Air is less complicated and quiet. I oc'd my 5820k with my noctua. Its dead silent and cool.

Your CPU I think it Fine. GPU is decent also what are you running for storage? HDD or SSD? I believe that game is very Nvidia Optimized also. I ran it on my setup and it was butter smooth at 1440p

I wouldnt be expecting the world out of either of those cards. the 550 was an entry card when it was originally released and the 250x is entry lvl now. made for games like WoW and LoL. Skyrim might be alright but i wouldnt expect it to max it out or anything. no matter what i think you will hit...

A 980 isnt gonna be able to handle 4k anyways. by that time your gonna wanna buy a new card anyways.
