Question What is causing the problem?

I had those cases myself, although decades ago. in any case, it wouldn't harm disconnecting everything but power switch and try to boot, in case one of the connectors is shortening somewhere. In the end it could even be the power switch being stuck / short circuited (recheck connection?)

Question What is causing the problem?

If you plug in reset switch wrong, your PC will endlessly reboot (at least on some mobos). Try it.

Question Why is my cyberpowerpc not working

Do you get any kind of reaction to turning on the PSU and the PC? Any fans spinning, etc?

Question What is causing the problem?

From the symptoms I would say that either the CPU power is not plugged in, or you connected the reset button with inverted polarity.

Question Can excessive heat from the CPU damage other components?

The heat itself can cause soldering points to disintegrate on surrounding surfaces / components and/or plastic parts to bend (you don't want to have a mobo that bends, believe me). Also, overheating your CPU might result in unclean shutdowns / restarts, which in return could damage other components.

Question Is a server gpu necessary for my internet cafe?

You need a dedicated server system for your terminal solution. 64 GB RAM minimum I'd recommend and a proper windows server operating system with terminal server role. And never use the same machine you use as server for gaming also. Use a terminal machine yourself for that. But I would honestly...

    Question capacitor exploded

That looks like some electronic component might be leaking. Could be indeed a capacitor.

Question New PC Build no image.

Of course chances are that it is the motherboard in the end, but you will only find out by an eliminating process. In case of the VGA LED indicating problems with the GPU, I would test that first. No friend with a compatible PC, where you could test the GPU in? Maybe IT dept. at work/school etc.?

    Question capacitor exploded

I would first and foremost figure out the reason for the corrosion. I mean, that must have happened in mere days, as you made a visual inspection prior to buying the PSU and didn't see anything. Did someone spill something in it, while you were gone?

Question New PC Build no image.

Well, your problem is related to the GPU, according to your motherboard. This could mean several things: It is not properly seated / snapped in place, it is dead on arrival (unlikely, but possible), if it needs power from the psu, you didn't connect all necessary cables or not properly, or your...

Question New PC Build no image.

And red VGA LED means that your GPU wasn't detected. So the only way is to either plug it into another PC and see if it is running, or try another GPU. I know you said you don't have any, but that's what your mobo tells you.

Question New PC Build no image.

Attach an internal speaker, if you have (should have come either with the mobo, or the case). The error codes will save you lots of trouble. If you turn it on and get one short beep, that means all is good and it is probably just a video issue of sorts. I heard of tales, where hdmi for example...

Question (Pc turning of 0-2 mins after turning on) (now pc turning off 0-10 mins into gaming) now turning off randomly and also when a game is open

Just out of curiosity, can you change your video cards PCIe socket and try again? If it only happens while gaming, there might be problems related to 3d rendering,

Question What is causing the problem?

You can always try a CMOS clearing and reboot / retrain. No damage done, unless you had custom stuff going on in there.

Question My PC turn on but no display

This will get hard to figure out, unless you want to disassemble the whole thing. With utmost caution, though.
