Fixed! Looks like it was bad drivers. I reinstalled the OS and am getting massive frame rate increases's the os had been through two mobo changes and gpu changes so thats probably why it was messed up and slow. anyway fixed now thanks for your help and yeah i was considering that chip but alot...

hi mark. your build looks solid. you should have good enough cooling to run the two gpu's in crossfire so you should be fine with that and i believe the steamroller cores where planned to be released by the end of 2014

wow then yeah there will be a significant performance increase and also the bottleneck will be barley noticeable. install the OS to the ssd to have a quick boot time however

Not everyone is going is able to build a PC. Yes it's known it's cheaper but some people pefer to pay the premium and get it built by other people also I would recommend the 16gbs of ram because by the sounds of it you want to record videos which requires a fair bit of ram

The builder series is just as good so you'll be fine with that, the black is the better drive however it's more expensive and case wise have a look at NZXT possible the phantom 410 or corsairs cases
