Are these parts a good upgrade for a Compaq 5K series desktop?

My sister and her fiance have a pretty poor performing Compaq desktop, not sure the exact model number but it has this motherboard.

It has an Athlon II 170u 2.0Ghz processor with 1 stick of 2GB DDR3 1333 RAM. It struggles to play youtube videos and they want an upgrade. I was thinking of adding this RAM, this CPU, and this SSD

Just wondering if there is any compatibility issues, mainly with the SSD in an old system. With these upgrades their PC should be perfectly fine for everything they do(Internet browsing, office, etc...). Let me know what you think of this upgrade to their Compaq, if it is even worth upgrading, or just building them a new PC.

Thanks.

wow then yeah there will be a significant performance increase and also the bottleneck will be barley noticeable. install the OS to the ssd to have a quick boot time however
you might see a slight bottleneck with the motherboard and ssd due to transfer speeds but it wont be huge apart from that everything else is compatible however you might not see a huge performance increase though it will certainly be alot faster than before and also the packages arnt that intensive so you should be fine

The CPU they have now is a single core 2.0 GHz and I would be upgrading to a dual core 3.4 GHz with better architecture as well I assume. They had a USB converter that allowed them to connect a TV via HDMI as a second monitor and with that connected, their PC couldn't even play youtube videos. As long as these upgrades give them the performance increase to allow them to connect their TV without issue that should be fine.

Also I am hoping the SSD give a noticeable decrease to boot time and load times for programs, otherwise I won't bother. I don't see how it wouldn't, even if it is bottle-necked a little.

Thanks for the reply!
