UPDATE: I tried to make a bios flash with only mobo+psu+pendriwe. One red led, couple white and the psu fan is running. None of them happened before. The bios flash still running after 2 hours...

I did the test. All of the voltages are fine.

Still no reaction.

Currently I tested it without case and power botton. Have the same problem when it was in case. I connected at that time those cables according to manual... When i pushed the case button, it had no reaction.
